Fitness level: We cater for all fitness levels, but you have to be able to train and push yourself. We’ll train twice a day and sessions will include fast pace walking/running; HIIT (high intensity interval training); toning; stretching; aqua classes (weather permitting).

What’s included?
  • 4 Nights accommodation at the beautiful The Lab at Rosendal in Robertson
  • All meals. Low GI, low fat meals will be served.
  • Last evening’s dinner at Succulent restaurant with executive chef Werner Snoek.
  • A back and neck massage at the spa.
  • Health assessment and talks by Dr Adriaan about thyroid problems/cholesterol/hormones/cardiovascular disease.
  • Motivational talks about fitness and weight loss by Linda.
  • Use of electric scooters and bicycles to explore the Klaasvoogds meander.

A typical day at the Bootcamp:
  • 7:30 Early morning walk/run/ + tone and stretch.
  • Shower and get ready for the day.
  • 9:00 Healthy breakfast.
  • 9:45 Talk by Linda or Dr Adriaan
  • 10:30 Snack time
  • Relax by the swimming pool / spa treatment/ jacuzzi / steam room / explore the meander by scooter or bicycle
  • 13:00 Lunch
  • Relax by the swimming pool / spa treatment/ jacuzzi / steam room / explore the meander by scooter or bicycle
  • 16:00 light snack
  • 16:15 Exercise session with Linda
  • Shower and get ready for dinner
  • 18:30 Dinner

  • Dr Adriaan will not make any diagnoses or treat any illnesses. He will however be at hand to apply first aid.
